I tried to get the doctor to give me a C-section too, but they only laughed and moved on to what they really wanted to talk about. That happens to me so much at this hospital.
I had the same problem at the beginning of my mission. It comes from not being proficient in the language. If you had asked for the C-section in doktor-speak, they might not have agreed to do it, but you could have held the conversation on-topic a little bit longer. :)
