I fell asleep on the couch this afternoon and woke to find Strong Bear spraying water from the kitchen faucet onto the floor at full force. When asked why he was doing it, he replied, "We wanted to splash." (I love you, Bear.)
I was angry. After the mess was cleaned up, I went outside. I called my brother who helped me calm down. I later learned that calling another adult to vent is a recognized stress management technique. Yay. I just knew I'd feel better after talking to him. Thanks, Juice.
